Club at One Loudoun Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

After ten months of construction the project team, including the developer, general contractor, pool contractor and consultants along with local dignitaries, gathered to celebrate it’s completion, with a ribbon cutting ceremony, at The Club at One Loudoun, on December 2nd.  The three level, 16,495 SF building, an architecturally unique design for Northern Virginia, will serve the residents of the community providing facilities for swimming, indoor basketball and volleyball, tennis courts, HOA meetings, community events and a management office.  One Loudoun, a mixed use development which will include more than one thousand residential units, 3 millions square feet of class ‘A’ office space and 700,000 square feet of retail space when completed, is Loudoun County’s premier community.

Hubert Construction was asked to join the Club design and construction team because of it’s vast experience constructing community amenity facilities, having completed more then 45 projects of similar scope since 2004, for the regions most prominent builders and developers.  There client list includes: Elm Street Development, M/I Homes, Buchanan Partners, Ryland Homes, Lennar Homes, Woodlawn Development, Winchester Homes, Brambleton and Toll Brothers.  For more information or assistance with your next project contact Matt Shea at 301.721.4393 or m.shea@hubertco.com.
