This project was the renovation of a 44,642 S.F. Flex/Industrial building. After the buildings primary tenant relocated to the clients adjacent new building and as a result of strong demand in the sub-market for quality space this building was in need of a full renovation. The exterior of the building received a new high efficiency glazing system, a new roof, architectural enhancements, finished with EIFS, to define points of entry. Site improvements included the installation of curb/gutter with concrete walks, repaving of the parking and new landscape. The building interior which had been divided by numerous demising partitions, was selectively demolished including the removal of mezzanines, the majority of partitions, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The completed interior was delivered in a warm lit shell condition. Hubert Construction worked extensively with the owner and design team during pre-construction to keep the project on its strict budget and schedule requirements.
