It is the policy of Hubert Construction LLC to achieve the highest safety standards to eliminate all injuries and damage on our projects, and to provide these standards to further protect the interests of all our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the general public.
Hubert Construction LLC will implement the safety program beginning with our field management, specifically the Project Superintendent. The responsibility will begin with the Superintendent who will be required to provide safety training and daily safety management and inspections on a project.
The safety program has been developed to be, and should be considered, an ongoing process related to changing codes, education, and training. The development of this program and any future revisions shall comply with the Federal, State and Local regulations specific to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) applicable to construction operations. It is the responsibility of all management to be knowledgeable of these codes, standards, and regulations and the implementation of such on our projects.
Safety should be always considered the ultimate priority on a project. Even the slightest accident will have a direct effect on a project. Any injury occurrence will ultimately result in human suffering. Therefore the prevention of any injury should be our ultimate goal.
