MASTER SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT
Hubert Construction is streamlining its Subcontracting process with a two part Subcontract system consisting of:
- Master Subcontract Agreement that covers boiler plate issues that is executed only once and will serve as a multi-project blanket master agreement
- Subcontract Agreement Rider that will be issued and executed for each project covering project specific pricing, scope, schedule and other provisions.
If you are a new Subcontractor/Supplier to Hubert Construction, then please follow the Subcontractor Pre-Qualification process found HERE.
If your firm has an existing business relationship with Hubert Construction, then follow the procedures below.
The first step is to complete the Master Subcontract Agreement Information Sheet. Please enter the firm information on the sheet and return the form to Hubert Construction. Instructions on where to send the information is on the bottom of the form.
An electronic version of the information sheet may be downloaded as either a MS Word version or a PDF version.

After the Information Sheet is received by Hubert Construction, a Master Subcontract Agreement will be sent to your firm for execution. |
