Hubert Construction, LLC is automating our monthly payment application process by leveraging an online application provided by Textura LLC. The Textura system is an easy-to-use, Internet-based solution that facilitates the exchange of construction project documents and payments - providing vital, real time project information to all participants. The Textura system improves communication and efficiency through email, automated notices and automatic generation of forms. The software is highly configurable, allowing participants to specify how individual projects are to be managed and are easily accessed on the Internet from any PC!
As one of our valued Subcontractors/Suppliers, we are asking you to participate with us in this important initiative. We are confident that you’ll find the following benefits of using the Textura application:
- Automatic generation of your AIA G702/703 and Lien Release documents
- Email notification as the draw progresses
- Immediate feedback if your invoice is questioned

To get started, you will receive an email invitation to join Textura. Simply follow the instructions in the email to set-up your user name and password and activate your account. Once your account is setup, Textura provides two convenient training options:
- Option 1: Computer-Based Training Courses. Pre-recorded videos can be viewed at any time by logging into the Textura website and following these simple steps:
- Click on “Member Login” and enter your user name/password
- Select the “Sub Training Tutorials” link from the left-hand blue vertical bar on the Home Page.
- Select any of the 5 training topics (Each topic is approximately 5-6 minutes in length)
- Option 2: Web-Based Training Sessions. Online training sessions facilitated by members of Textura’s Customer Support team are available several times per week. All you need to participate is a computer with Internet access, an email address and access to a phone. To register for a session go to Textura Training
Please note that there is a nominal fee to use this service. Other subcontractors using Textura’s services confirm it has decreased their time to receive payment, significantly eased their paperwork burden, and reduced invoice processing time down to minutes per month. We strongly believe that the benefits of Textura significantly outweigh its costs.
