Subcontractor Appreciation Month
Hubert has designated the month of March as “Subcontractor Appreciation Month” and will recognize our top subcontractors of each year and reach out to those who continually bid, but who have not has the opportunity to work with us. It is imperative to cultivate these relationships in today’s competitive market.
“Top 20” Subcontractor List
Every January we will survey our staff in an effort to narrow down the Top 20 Subcontractors for the previous year. An example of why a sub might get nominated would be how they have gone above and beyond or handled a specific issue or event admirably, and/or safety reasons. Open House
The Executives, Project Managers, Estimators, and Support Staff at Hubert Construction will host an Annual Open House. We will invite subcontractors to stop by and have something to eat, meet us, and talk with us one on one. This event will be social in nature and a good way for Hubert to develop relationships.
Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch
Every project will also host a “Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch” in March. The Project Team will make arrangements for these luncheons. |
