| In order to fast track (if required) or keep a project on the client's schedule, Hubert Construction will identify long-lead items and will solicit bids on items such as structural steel and elevators in order to meet the client's schedule. |

Early Procurement |

Hubert Construction can offer phased or early procurement purchasing based on the client's contractual guidelines which commences in the design phase and flows into the actual construction. This Fast Track approach allows construction to proceed with design while not sacrificing quality or price. A phased sequencing consists of the following packages based on the critical priorities of a project:
- Civil (Site)/Foundation Package
- Structural Building Envelope Package
- Building Finishes Package
