The traditional method of procurement in which Hubert Construction provides Construction Services with no or little preconstruction services commencing with a subcontractor procurement developed from the bid set of documents.

Although Construction Management has several variations, Hubert Construction view construction management in two ways: The first, know as CM-Agency, is an agency relationship in which the client holds the financial risk of the contract and Hubert Construction provides an advisory role in the project. The second, known as CM at RISK, is where Hubert Construction holds the financial risk of the Contract. In either case, Hubert Construction is engaged in the pre-construction process and provides the management services equally regardless of the responsibility for financial risk.
