Hubert Construction will establish the project budget from our computerized conceptual cost estimating program, which assists the owner to control the economics of design. A combination of both historical cost and subcontractor pricing on key trades will be utilized.

Different systems will be analyzed to determine which are the most cost effective. Systems such as the foundation, structural framing, building envelope and mechanical systems are reviewed in detail including the effect on other trades to determine the best solution for the project.
