Project Details

Ashburn Crossroads consists of four wood framed office condo buildings located on 9 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia. The thoughtful positioning of the buildings created a shared outdoor plaza/courtyard with enhanced landscaping. The two and three story office buildings have a brick veneer along with an EIFS cornice system and range in size from 15,000 to 23,000 square foot. Interior partitioning and finishes were included, enabling the developer to turnover fully finished and ready to occupy condominium units.
