This 221,400 square foot - 8 story office building includes a 4 level parking garage and was completed in the fall of 2002. The structure is a cast-in-place structural concrete frame and the facade is EIFS on a steel stud back-up. The lobby has a dramatic 2-story entrance with polomyx walls and the full height curtainwall system allows for natural light to enter the lobby area.
