Designed to resemble structures in the Scottish Highland, this 2,000 S.F. seasonal building is a CMU structure with a wood truss roof assembly. The exterior is finished with a field stone veneer, EIFS and asphalt shingles. Serving the summer needs of the community, the building has locker rooms, a lifeguard station and pool equipment room. The client performed all of the required site work, including pool construction, and due to a compressed schedule it necessitated daily on site coordination meetings to guarantee delivery of the project on time for the swimming season. |
