Located near Dulles International Airport, the Suburban Extended Stay is a five story, 132 room economy hotel. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and industry standard IT connections. The structure is a pre-fabricated metal panel system, with an Epicore floor system by Infinity Structures. Extensive landscaping, with a central water feature and an attractive drive-thru metal entry arch enhances the multi-colored EIFS skin. This project was constructed concurrently with the adjacent Candlewood Suites.
