This Northern Virginia NAIOP award winning Project proves there is such a thing as “Class A” industrial/flex buildings. Developed on a speculative basis this project was 57,900 S.F. in size. Creating a high end look this building consists of 24’ high, scored concrete tilt panels, with tinted reflective glass and curtain wall sections at entry points and building corners. Completed in warm shell condition, this building included full sprinkler system, gas unit heaters, a house electrical service and conduit in place for extension of electrical and communication services upon leasing. Site work for this ten acre project included, creating two building pads, one for future, BMP/SWM facilities, wet utilities, concrete and paving, along with an enhanced landscape package.
