A fast track design/build project of 45,800 S.F., the building is a steel structure, with a brick and pre-cast veneer on metal stud back-up. An upscale facility that delivered just seven and a half months after commencement of construction, it is Hubert’s second new building project for the end user. Designed to provide varied fitness options for its members it includes large open cardio and strength training areas, a multi-purpose court, a four lane lap pool with spa, Group X, Mind Body and Spin Studios. Unlike many clubs there are plenty of windows to bring in outside light and allow for great views to the west and provide energy created from the movement of vehicles on nearby I-66. Additionally, the building includes a Kidz Klub, juice bar and lounge, upscale locker rooms, offices for sales and management, along with an extensive audio visual package.
