This simple but elegant 1,400 S.F. recreational facility is one of four community pools serving South Riding, one of Loudoun County’s largest planned developments. This wood frame building, clad with quarry stone and painted Hardie plank siding, capped with an asphalt shingle roof, includes locker/shower facilities, lifeguard station and pool equipment room. In addition to an extensive landscape package, site work included construction of tennis courts, lap and wading pools with associated deck and trellis, all enclosed with an ornamental aluminum fence.
