Snowden Retail Center is in an established development in Columbia, Maryland. The building is a 4500 s.f. shell consisting of an 18’ high brick veneer with block backup exterior bearing with insulated masonry walls.

Project Highlights |

- The building is divided into three equal future tenant spaces using full storefront glass and aluminum glazing systems, with doors on both the front and rear of each space.
- Site work for the building included connection to existing utilities, finished grading, curbs , sidewalks and landscaping.
