Designed by Fox Architects, this 11,000 SF full floor project in Arlington is just one of numerous build-outs and renovations performed for Raytheon. The design was an office intensive layout, with three large, simple, but elegant conference rooms, each requiring supplemental HVAC and specific security requirements including enhanced acoustical treatments. A very unique feature of this space was the full glass suite entry, that due to the highly secure nature of the occupant, it required a Smart Touch entry system that responds to human touch. Also during the construction the tenant implemented a change that required installation of a UPS, with power distribution throughout the space in conduit, while maintaining the same delivery date.
