Hubert Construction completed the new 11,000 square foot full floor build-out designed by Fox Architects for Raytheon in Arlington, Virginia. A new HVAC supplemental cooling system was installed to accommodate 3 simple but elegant conference rooms. Specific security needs were met for each conference room requiring additional sound attenuation, drywall and sound batt insulation and fabric panels. Large plasma TV's were also hung in each conference room.

• An attractive state of the art suite included a "Smart Touch" entrydoor system that responds to human touch.
• A major change during construction included installing a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Service) system be integrated into the LAN room with new conduit running through finished rooms.
