Hubert Construction was the design/build contractor for this 10,753 S.F., flex interior build-out at the Euclid Business Center. The home of the County Police’s Crime Scene Unit it includes exam, lab, drying and garage facilities for processing of all forms of evidence, a photo processing lab with dark room, finger print identification and storage facilities, along with offices, conference rooms and showers. The construction of the facility included enhanced demising partitions for security, and an elaborate exhaust and air distribution system to mitigate the potential for spread of sometime objectionable odors. The facility was meticulously finished to the high standards of the police’s department, that prides itself on getting all of the details.
