The occupied renovation and expansion of law offices in Arlington, Virginia included the addition of two conference rooms with custom wood operable partitions, file storage area with dumbwaiter to the 10th floor, and custom wood workstations and accounting offices.

• Cutting and removal of concrete slab and structural steel modifications associated with dumbwaiter installation.
• Protection and noise control was required to avoid disruption of existing occupants and other building tenants.
• Design, fabrication and installation of curved wood operable partition.
