Lees Parke Clubhouse is a 16,000 S.F. two level combination year round recreational center and pool club house for a 1500 residential homes subdivision located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.This project included three bio-retention ponds, a safety and utility road with decorative lighting and grading and landscaping. |

| Center has an indoor pool and whirlpool; exercise and aerobics; steam and sauna centers; women and men’s locker rooms; Lobby and reception; HOA office; multipurpose meeting room, dividable into thirds; game room; men and women’s bathrooms; and a Pullman style kitchen. |
