This 175 unit DC apartment building was completely renovated while mostly occupied. All units received new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; wood base, crown moulding, chair rail, new flooring including wood; and the bathrooms received new floor and wall tiles, along with new fixtures and trim. The common area renovations included the entry lobby, ten floors of corridors and construction of a fitness center and café. Additionally, the exterior of the building received new windows and upgrades to the roof deck.
