The Lakeside @ Loudoun Tech Center I, II, And III

The Lakeside @ Loudoun Tech Center I, II and III was the first project for the newly formed Hubert Construction in June 1998. The three - four story Class A Office Buildings were each 105,000 sf and included brick veneer on steel stud back-up with cast stone accents, vertical curtainwall elements and punched window openings. Complete site preparation including earthwork, utilities, paving, site concrete, landscaping, stone sculptures and water features.

Finishes included granite flooring with red oak veneer panels and
brushed chrome accents.

• The structure was a composite steel joist system with concrete fill on metal deck.
• Four 75 ton roof top units with centralized air distribution system and DDC controls.
• The electrical included 3000 AMP service with bus duct distribution, emergency generator and security system.
