Designed by DBI Architects of Washington, D.C. Hubert renovated over 20,000 square feet of space for iGOV on two floors located at 8200 Greensboro Drive in McLean, Virginia. The completed renovation on the 12th floor features 14 offices, 12 large open work areas, three conference rooms, a network lab, pantry, and an attractive reception area and significant supplemental HVAC. |

| The project included the 12th floor as shown in these photos, and in addition a partial renovation on the second floor, consisting of 2,530 sf of selective demo, drywall partitions, new pantry, ceiling modifications, millwork, carpet, VCT, paint and sprinkler modifications. |
