The three story 75,000 SF class ‘A’ office building is the first of four buildings planned for this 28 acre site, in Prince William County at the entrance to Heritage Hunt, a mixed use community. Our client incorporated sustainable design features, including heat recovery wheels on the HVAC equipment, high efficiency glazing, and low water flow plumbing fixtures that resulted in an expedited payback while offering green elements that tenants will find environmentally friendly. The building lobby is finished with granite floors, stained wood trim with rimex stainless steel accents and custom light fixtures. The building façade is a multi-color brick with pre-cast stone sills and accents along with an aluminum storefront and glazing system. Hubert performed the site development work including carefully clearing of the site to preserve mature trees, expansion of an existing storm water management pond, site utilities and paving. |
