The community center at Hager's Crossing is the heart of the area’s first planned unit development. A 5,100 square foot wood frame structure, with a cultured stone and EIFS façade, includes locker rooms, a fitness center, community activity rooms and HOA offices. The interior finishes include painted chair rail and crown moulding, wood flooring and carpet, along with a two sided stone fireplace. The building is equipped with a life safety system which includes fire suppression and fire alarm, which is not typically found in this type of building. Site work was performed concurrently with the building construction by the developer in close coordination with the on-site Hubert personnel.
