Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology

The Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) in Bethesda, Maryland is a 55,000 sf. Office Building over a 10,500 sf. parking level and a four level 76,000 sf. parking garage. The parking garage is a precast structure utilizing the thin-brick veneer system (cast in the precast panels) to blend the garage with the existing Lee Office Building.

Project Highlights

  • The new office building features an attractive glass atrium to connect to the existing building.
  • The tenant build-out has a raised access floor system for complete wiring/cool data distribution and demountable wall partitions.
