Euclid Business Center Phases I and II includes five buildings totaling 144,000 sf. flex warehouse located in Manassas, Virginia. The structure is tilt-up
concrete panels with metal deck on steel joist roof. The concrete panels have
thin brick veneer bands and recessed and flushed storefront entrances.
