Hubert was challenged by the owner to save nearly $1.0 million prior to commencing construction on this project. Through extensive value engineering we were able to make this three building 83,000 SF inline retail center a viable project. The buildings are steel structures with a combination of masonry and EIFS on steel stud back-up, along with decorative metal and standing seam metal roof accents, which create an appealing architecture not often seen for this type of product. Hubert performed approximately 30 acres of the site work, from clearing to final paving, including creation of four building pads for future construction. |
