Dulles 606 Retail Center is a three building complex consisting of a one-story flex warehouse/office building. Building A is a
43,800 gsf and Building B is 41,500 gsf for a total of 85,300 gsf with
additional mezzanine potential. Building C is 105,470 gsf. The buildings
will consist of tilt-up concrete wall system with an integrated brick veneer
system, steel joist roof framing with a membrane roof, glass storefront
entrances, and on-grade loading docks situated in an interior courtyard
shared by the two buildings.
