Dulles Trade Center I - Buildings A - C, E - H is a ten building complex consisting of one-story flex warehouse/office buildings totaling 746,330 s.f. The buildings are a tilt-up concrete wall system with an integrated brick veneer system, steel joist roof framing with a membrane roof, glass storefront entrances, with on-grade loading docks situated in interior courtyards shared by buildings.

• Hubert Construction provided Construction Management Services including supervision of the shell building and site work.
• Complete site improvements including earthwork, landscaping, site utilities, entry roads and entrance features.
• Coordination and design of the foundation system for the Business Center Sculpture.
