Hubert Construction broke ground on the first phase of this multi-phase project in 2001. Five years later, ten buildings totaling 746,300 S.F. were complete. What started out as a speculative for lease project, became flex/industrial condominium sales, driven by the market conditions at the time. They are low-rise concrete tilt buildings, with an integrated thin brick veneer. Many of the buildings having partial mezzanines and some have fully built out office space; they are well suited for users requiring warehouse/distribution or showroom space. The 53 acre site work package included: construction of a sanitary sewer force main and pump station, multiple storm water management facilities, site utilities along with road and parking lot construction. |
