This multi-story award winning community amenity has a light gauge metal structure, with a Hambro composite floor system, topped with a traditional wood truss roof assembly. Exterior finishes include stone veneer, with pre-cast headers, siding and architectural columns. The 4,100 SF building has a community room, HOA offices, lifeguard facilities, locker rooms and pool equipment room. Construction of the competition pool, a leisure pool, pool deck with trellis and covered seating areas was included in the contract.
