Hubert Construction served as the construction manager for the three level 30,000 S.F. addition to the existing church facility. In the role of the CM, Hubert chose to serve as the design builder of the MEP system, to expedite construction documents and permitting while providing the client with a state of the art system at an economical price. The expansion of the building which included fifteen classrooms and a band music room on the lower level allowed the congregation to provide services on site that were not previously offered. The main level consisted of a gymnasium, warming kitchen, a sanctuary, main reception hall and a mezzanine that houses administrative offices. All associated site work was included in the contract scope.
