Cascades Business Center Phase I and II includes five buildings totaling 141,200 s.f. of flex warehouse in Dulles, Virginia. Each phase was constructed
of tilt-up concrete panels with metal deck on steel joist roof and thin brick veneer bands and recessed and flush storefront entrances.
