Candlewood Suites Hotel located in Dulles, Virginia is a deluxe extended stay hotel offering an on-site conference room, fitness center and guest laundry. The four story wood frame structure, with a brick and EIFS skin, has a centrally located elevator with 121 guest rooms, a combination of studios and suites. All rooms feature fully equipped kitchens, TV, internet connection, phone and thermostatically controlled heat and air conditioning. The hotel has been designed with one of the highest STC ratings in the industry, to minimize noise transmission from adjacent units. Candlewood Hotel was built simultaneously with the adjacent Suburban Extended Stay.
