This upscale 9,100 S.F. “Mex-Sea” Restaurant is located at the Brambleton Town Center. A one of a kind dining establishment, taking advantage of high deck heights, a steel and concrete mezzanine/outdoor patio was installed providing a second level, which even has elevator access. The ground level includes the main dining room, with a volume ceiling, stone veneered gas fire place, an accent wall with modular Arts interlocking wall panels, the kitchen and a two level entry. A bi-folding storefront door system allows the bars on both levels to be indoor/outdoor and expands the seating capacity, seasonally. The upper level includes a private dining room with wall tile and a sliding glass door wall, which allows the operator to provide a fully private experience for large groups. Construction commenced in the fall of 2008 and due to the dramatic change in the economic climate and the loss of the original operator, the project was halted for a period of time, but was ultimately completed in early 2010.
