Brambleton Visitors Center and Builders Showcase

The Brambleton Visitors Center and Builders Showcase is an 8000 s.f. Interior project in Brambleton, Virginia. Half of the space is taken up by the Visitor’s Center and the Builder’s Showcase occupies the other half. Separating the two centers is a public atrium and gallery that serves as a breezeway connecting the shopping center on the front of the building to the shopping center and movie theatre on the other side.

• The Builder’s Showcase has high-tech / interactive kiosks, where potential homebuyers can check out homes, features, builders, etc…
• The Visitor’s Center has a coffee bar and high-tech video information presentations.
• The building has 25' high barrel vaulted ceilings and a high level of interior finish with high-tech data integration throught the building.
