Located in one of Loudoun County’s largest planned communities, this 2,600 square foot building has a brick and stone veneer with Hardy Plank siding which complements the architecture of the nearby residences. Constructed for year round use, the building has locker rooms, a lifeguard office, reception area, and a community meeting room. Interior finishes include granite tops and ceramic tile. The contract included construction of the 3,000 square foot free form pool, a toddler pool with beach entry and a heated spa. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor living area with gas fireplaces, gas grills, granite bar tops and trellis.
