Ashburn Crossroads

Ashburn Crossroads consists of four office condo buildings located on 8.8 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia. The buildings range in size from 15,000 to 23,000 square foot and are structural wood with masonry cavity wall, wooden floor joists, trusses and split garden on all buildings. Site work is being completed by developer Keane Enterprises. Exterior finishes include a multi-colored brick veneer combined with an EIFS cornice system to create a traditional facade.
