Ashburn Crossroads consists of four office condo buildings located on 9 acres in Loudoun County, Virginia. The thoughtful positioning of the buildings created a shared outdoor plaza courtyard with enhanced landscaping. The two and three story office condominium buildings range in size from 15,000 to 23,000 square foot and are wood framed structures with a multi-color brick veneer and EIFS cornice system. Interior partitioning and finishes were included, enabling the developer to turnover fully finished and ready to occupy condominium units. Site work was performed by developer Keane Enterprises.
