1411 K Street

In the central business district of Washington, D.C., Hubert Construction completed the facade/lobby renovation on this fourteen (14) story, 65,000 square foot office building. A new stone and composite panel building facade, with new tinted thermal pane windows was installed. The new attractive front entrance included Arriscraft stone veneer up to the third floor with new larger thermally improved windows.

• The main lobby was updated and features marble floors, polomyx paint and a new cherry and marble reception desk.
• From floors 3-14 existing steel punch windows were replaced with thermally efficient ribbon windows altering the vertical look of the building to a more horizontal look.
