Function:
As Vice President of Construction, Mr. Hallam oversees the construction of projects and is responsible for the total quality management, timely project completion, and optimum profitability. To achieve these endeavors he maintains open communication with Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors. He establishes project requirements and anticipates personnel, equipment, and schedule demands. He has overall responsibility for job performance inclusive of production, scheduling, material delivery, safety and quality.

History:

As Project Executive for Hubert Construction, Mr. Hallam was responsible for the various aspects of constructability, schedule assurance, subcontractor management, and the budget adherence of projects.

 

Mr. Hallam worked as Project Manager from 1998 to 2002 at Forrester Construction. While at Glen Construction from 1993 to 1998 he held positions as Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. He was responsible for generating Request for Proposals and Change Order Requests through the use of Timberline, processed submittals, and generated weekly marketing meeting agendas and minutes for several projects totaling more than 500,000 sq.ft.

 

Mr. Hallam’s project experience range in sizes from 20,000 s.f. to 200,000 s.f. and includes recreation facilities, office buildings, laboratories, skilled nursing facilities, K-12 schools, hospitals and mechanical plants.
