Gaithersburg, Maryland, September 30, 2005…Hubert Construction of Gaithersburg, MD has delivered 32,000 square feet of retail space at Heritage Hunt Retail Center, under development by Buchanan Partners on Heathcote Boulevard in Gainesville, Virginia. Hubert will start construction shortly on Phase II of the project, which will add another 17,000 square feet. In addition, Hubert has broken ground for the Dulles 606 Retail Center in Dulles, Virginia. These retail center contracts have a total value of approximately $17 million.

Heritage Hunt Retail Center is a 32,000 square foot upscale neighborhood retail center with several restaurants, a dry cleaner, beauty salon, flower shop, and more. Designed by Hayes Architects of McLean, Virginia, the landscaped center features an exterior of brick, stone, and EIFS. Broad arches over the storefronts and three large cupolas on the roof lend a Colonial look to the property. At the center of the site is a large contemporary outdoor sculpture called Circumfusion by Esmoeit Koetsier. Construction of Heritage Hunt Retail Phase II, comprising 17,200 square feet, will begin in early 2006.

Dulles 606 Retail Center is located on Overland Drive in Dulles, Virginia, just west of Washington Dulles International Airport. Construction of Buildings 1 and 2, totaling 82,000 square feet, is underway. The project also includes site preparation for four retail pad sites, off-site road widening, and a traffic signalization to Rt. 606.

Founded in 1998, Hubert Construction, LLC offers a full range of construction services including commercial office buildings, tilt–up, retail, small commercial, recreation facilities, interiors, and site infrastructure. Hubert Construction had 2004 revenue of $45 million and is projecting revenue of $70 million for 2005.
