Hubert Completes Brambleton Visitors Center In Loudoun County, VA
Gaithersburg, Maryland, June 11, 2008…Hubert Construction of Gaithersburg, MD has completed interior build-out of the 8,000 square foot Brambleton Visitor’s Center and Builder’s Showcase in Brambleton, VA.
The 8,000 square foot structure is divided into two parts: a Visitor’s Center for the master-planned Brambleton community, and a Builders’ Showcase with high-tech interactive kiosks. People looking for homes can use the kiosks to explore designs, features, and amenities of the various new homes in Brambleton. The Visitor’s Center features a coffee bar and high-tech video information presentation. Both sections of the building have 25-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings and high levels of interior finishes.
Separating the two centers is a public atrium and gallery that serves as a breezeway connecting the building with adjacent shopping center on one side and movie theater on the other side.
Elsewhere in Brambleton, Hubert is nearing completion of a new community swimming complex that includes a 3,000 SF free-form swimming pool, a 78 SF toddler pool with beach entry, a 64 SF heated outdoor spa, and a 2,600 SF pool house housing locker rooms, showers, a warming kitchen, restrooms, and an indoor heated spa.
