Hubert is completing 5 Community Center/Pool Facilities in VA and MD
Gaithersburg, Maryland, July 11, 2005…Hubert Construction of Gaithersburg, MD is completing five community swimming pool complexes, including community center/bathhouse facilities, for a total contract value of approximately $4.2 million. Two are in Maryland and three are in Virginia. They are:
- Ridge Swim Club, Beck Road, Mt. Airy, MD: 3,715 square foot bathhouse with parking lot and stormwater management pond, along with three pools –– a 25–meter lap pool, a free–form leisure pool with water features, and a 20–foot diameter wading pool with beach entry and water features –– for Ridge Swim Club.
- Decatur Farms Community Center, 300 Dueling Way, Berlin, MD: 2,925 SF community center with vaulted gathering room, fireplace, offices, and simulated cedar siding. The project for Centex Homes also includes a pool and parking area.
- Wakeland Manor Pool House, 111 Cheltenham Drive, Stephens City, VA: Year–round community center building and separate bathhouse connected by a breezeway with total of 4,600 SF, along with a 25–meter lap pool and 18’ x 24’ wading pool, for Centex Homes.
- South Village Recreation Center, 25792 Donovan Drive, Chantilly, VA: 4,342 square foot recreation center with a main pool, wading pool, tennis courts, tot lots, and site lighting, for Winchester Homes.
- River Falls Clubhouse, 11700 Chanceford Drive, Woodbridge, VA: 1,249 SF community center, 3,700 SF pool, wading pool, tennis court, and parking lot, for Basheer & Edgemoore.
Founded in 1998, Hubert Construction, LLC offers a full range of construction services including commercial office buildings, tilt–up, retail, small commercial, recreation facilities, interiors, and site infrastructure. Hubert Construction had 2004 revenue of $45 million and is projecting revenue of $70 million for 2005.
