Hubert Builds Upscale Clubhouses in Virginia, Delaware, Contracts Value Over $17.4 Million
Gaithersburg, Maryland, June 8, 2006…Hubert Construction of Gaithersburg, MD has completed an upscale poolside recreational complex in Williamsburg, Virginia, while breaking ground on a similar project in Bridgeville, Delaware. The combined contracts are valued at over $17.4 million.
Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, VA serves a new community built by Lennar Homes. Hubert has completed two buildings adjacent to the spacious outdoor swimming pool: a two-story clubhouse and a single-story sports club, totaling 42,000 square feet. The clubhouse includes a ballroom, commercial kitchen, and dining room, while the sports club houses a fitness club and indoor pool. Hubert also was responsible for construction of the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and bocce courts. The contract value for this project was $7,720,000.
Lennar Homes later contracted Hubert to construct a similar complex for its Heritage Shores community in Bridgeville, DE. Scheduled for completion in November, 2006 at a contract value of over $9.5 million, Heritage Shores also features a clubhouse and sports club along with an outdoor pool, tennis and bocce courts, and golf facilities. High-end finishes, ornamental staircases, stain-grade millwork, wrap-around porches, and other upscale features provide both projects with the look and feel of an exclusive country club.
Founded in 1998, Hubert Construction, LLC offers a full range of construction services including commercial office buildings, tilt–up, retail, small commercial, recreation facilities, interiors, and site infrastructure. Hubert Construction had 2005 revenue of $66 million and is projecting revenue of $75 million for 2006.
