Roadside Development Awards Hubert the Sport & Health Facility at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center Project
Woodbridge, VA, November 2011...Roadside Development has awarded Hubert Construction the contract to build Sport & Health’s facility at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center. The 42,340 S.F. steel structure building, with a façade of masonry, EIFS and aluminum/glass is part of the mixed use development that includes retail anchored by Wegmans, restaurants and future office. The building will include a multi-purpose court, a lap pool, group exercise studio, cycle studio, 7,000 S.F. of strength training and 5,335 S.F. of cardio equipment. Construction will commence November 2011, with the building to deliver in August of 2012.
