George Washington University Awards Hubert Construction a 39,113 S.F. Interior Alteration/Buildout
Ashburn, VA, January 2012...George Washington University has awarded Hubert Construction the 39,113 S.F. interior alteration/buildout of office facilities at it’s Loudoun campus, located in Ashburn. The completed facility on three floors will include a new internal stair, requiring structural demolition, open office areas, conference rooms and office support areas. The buildout will require significant modifications to the HVAC and electrical systems as the building was originally developed as commercial office condominiums. Construction commenced in December 2011 with delivery scheduled for March 2012.
