Sport & Health Awards Hubert the Construction Contract for Their Newest Facility to be Located in Frederick, Maryland
Frederick, MD, January 2012...Sport & Health has awarded Hubert Construction the contract to build it’s newest facility at Market Square in Frederick, Maryland. The 42,340 S.F. building will have a steel structure with concrete deck, clad with brick, cast stone, EIFS and an aluminum glazing system. Construction will commence in February with delivery of the building scheduled for this fall. The completed building will have upscale modern locker rooms, a lap pool, basketball court, cardio and strength training areas, studios for group exercise and cycling, along with offices for sales and management. This is Hubert’s fourth new facility for Sport & Health, having completed buildings at Brambleton, Heritage Hunt and currently constructing an identical facility at Stone Bridge, all located in Northern Virginia.
