Hubert in Design/Build Phase of Sport & Health in Gainsville, Virginia
Gainsville, Virginia, September, 2010…Hubert Construction has been hired as the design/build contractor for the future Sport & Health at Heritage Hunt, located in Gainesville, Virginia. The 50,000 S.F. building is currently in plans review with Prince William County, while Hubert is seeking subcontractor pricing, with construction to commence in the first quarter of 2011. The two level steel structures, with masonry veneer building will include a sport court for basketball and volleyball, an indoor pool, cardio and resistance training areas, separate aerobics and yoga studios, locker rooms, juice bar and a Kids Klub. This is the second design build, build-to-suit that Hubert has constructed for Sport & Health, the first of which delivered in June of this year at the Brambleton Town Center.
