Hubert Construction is Awarded The Montessori Casa Dei Bambini of Gainesville Project
Gainsville, Virginia, September, 2010…Hubert was awarded the contract to construct the Montessori Casa Dei Bambini of Gainesville on Glenkirk Road. The single story wood framed, 10,448 S.F. school building, features an attractive HardiPlank siding and stone veneer façade, that compliments the architecture of the nearby homes. The interior is to include classrooms, each with a restroom, a galley, administrative offices and reception area. The contract includes clearing of the 3 acre site, storm water management, constructing of site access and a 32 space parking lot, landscaping and ground prep for the playground equipment. The school will be completed for opening of the 2011 academic year.
