Hubert Completes Two Dental Office Build-outs for PS Business Parks
Silver Spring, MD, September 2011...Hubert Construction has completed build-outs of two dental facilities in Silver Spring, Maryland, for PS Business Parks at the Meadows Corporate Park. Camps Pediatrics is a 4,400 S.F. dental office dedicated to the treatment of children. The space is filled with outside light which flows into the interior spaces through solid cherry framed glazing systems and includes a significant millwork package, along with state-of-the-art dental and audio visual equipment. The Okun Clinic is a 2,520 S.F. orthodontia practice, with an edgy modern high-tech look. Hubert coordinated extensively with the tenants equipment and communications vendors. Both tenants relocated from existing spaces in the building and were highly involved during the design and construction process.
